NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-007689 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and JOHN GREGORY CARROLL; UNKNWON SPOUSE OF JOHN GREGORY CARROLL; VILLA SONOMA AT INTERNATIONAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 16, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
