NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated February 23, 2018, entered in Case No. 15-CA-005501 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and Danica Brown; Jeffrey Brown; Buckhorn Groves Homeowners Association, Inc.; Option One Mortgage Corporation; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 23rd day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, BUCKHORN GROVES PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
