ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AHL3 , Plaintiff, and, EVA RUTH HENRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EVA RUTH HENRY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of May, 2018, the following described property:
LOT 5, RANDALL'S ORANGE GROVE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK “V”, PAGE 226, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
