NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-010313 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPTIAL I INC. TRUST 2005-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE7, is Plaintiff and ABDUL E. MERIDA, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2, RIVER RIDGE RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, AT PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
