Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 19, 2018 by the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 16H, SKY HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, pages 36 to 38, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3833, pages 916 to 971, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 7200 Sunshine Skyway Ln. S. #16H, St. Petersburg, FL 33711; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Pinellas County public auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on 18th day of May, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
