NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 20, 2018, and entered in case No. CASE NO.: 13-005305-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GOSHEN MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and NANCY V. DOMANICO, INDIVIDUALLY, NANCY V. DOMANICO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE NANCY V. DOMANICO TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 3, 2010, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JANE DOE (REFUSED NAME) are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on MAY 10, 2018, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, SUNSET RIDGE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
