NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Apartment No. 119 of GATEWAY SQUARE APARTMENTS NO. 6 CONDOMINIUM, as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3335, Pages 670 through 706, inclusive, and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on April 20, 2018.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
