17-002204-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN L ELLIOTT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN L ELLIOTT N/K/A KEVIN ELLIOTT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
