TO: Kono L. Washington and Morgan Wainwright-Cere and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described $1,997.00 U.S. Currency (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about March 1, 2018, at or near 1839 - 30 Avenue N., St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2017).
