NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2017, entered in Case
No. 52-2013-CA-003555 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession; Tenant #3; Tenant #2; James R Dickman; Teresa A Dickman; Tenant #1 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 5, REPLAT OF BLOCK FIVE, FIFTH ADDITION TO HARBOR SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
