NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of March, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA001365, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DONNA M. KOPP-TRUDEAU; RIVERBAY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; DONNA M. KOPP-TRUDEAU, TRUSTEE OR THE SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE DONNA M. KOPP REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2000; WALTER L. TRUDEAU, TRUSTEE OR THE SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE WALTER L. TRUDEAU REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2000; WALTER L. TRUDEAU; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DONNA M. KROPP REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2000; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE WALTER L. TRUDEAU REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2000; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANGELINA M. COLONNESO as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 29th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, RIVERBAY TOWNHOMES, PHASE TWO, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 29 THROUGH 32, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
