RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 28, 2018 and entered in Case No. 41 2016CA000511AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff, and JOHN M. TODD, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina 'Angel' Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 663, BRADEN WOODS SUBDIVISION, Phase VI, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, pages 35 through 44, inclusive, of the Public records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
