Trust 2006-NC4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC4, is the Plaintiff and Assets Recovery Center Investments, LLC., Equity Direct Mortgage Corp., Imperialakes Community SErvices Association I, Inc., Kristina Urquhart, Scott Urquhart, Unknown Tenant N/K/A Justin Urquart,, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at ww.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 16th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
