NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 512016CA001286CA of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JIM HODNETT, INC. is Plaintiff and MARSHALL S. BIGLER and JODIE A. BIGLER are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
