NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure dated April 9, 2018, entered in Case No. 2016CA000774CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for
Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Maykel Gomez; Gabriela Gomez; Northwood of Pasco Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, BLOCK C, NORTHWOOD UNIT 2A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 36 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
