NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA000967CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AHL2, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AHL2 is Plaintiff and JUAN CACIELLES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN CACIELLES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JASMINE TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, JASIME TRAILS, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 109 AND 110, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
