NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002812CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2005-7, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-7, is the Plaintiff and Milan Trust Holdings, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company as Trustee under a Trust Agreement known as Trust No 6620 dated October 20, 2014, Cheryl A. Murphy aka Cheryl Murphy aka Cheryl Ann Murphy, Household Finance Corporation III, Karen A. Wilson, Oak Ridge Homeowners' Association, Inc., Richard C.
