Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Apartment No. 2, Group F HARBOR LAKES OF NAPLES INC., a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 352, Pages 610 through 631, as amended, together with an addition Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 433, Pages 23 through 25, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 11:00 a.m. on May 24, 2018, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
