NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 75 in Block H of NORTHWOOD UNIT 3A, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, Pages 72, 73, and 74, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
A/K/A 27223 Coral Springs Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on May 16, 2018.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
