NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001066CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR IMPAC CMB TRUST SERIES 2004-11 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ERIC L. FINDLEY A/K/A ERIC FINDLEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC.; SANTANDER BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, (NATCO); THE ENCLAVE OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24TH day of MAY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 156, THE ENCLAVE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 39 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
