NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 19, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2017CA002028CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and LEA SAMANTHA HERNANDEZ PEREZ; DANIEL DEPASQUALE; DEBORAH M. DEPASQUALE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEA SAMANTHA HERNANDEZ PEREZ N/K/A OSCAR GABRIEL; HUNTER'S RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 30, 2018 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 140, HUNTER'S RIDGE UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLATTHEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 129, OF THE PUBLICRECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
