NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 26, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2016CA000195CAAXES / J4, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AHL3 is the Plaintiff, and THURSTON HILSINGER A/K/A THURSTON J. HILSINGER; LINDA HILSINGER A/K/A LINDA S. HILSINGER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY JOHN TARDUGNO; AAMES FUNDING CORPORATION DBA AAMES HOME LOAN; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 31, 2018 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, 37 & 38, BRANNON PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
