Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the summary final judgment of foreclosure entered on April 18, 2018, filed April 27, 2018, in Case number 2017-CA-000066 NC of the Circuit court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which HERC RENTALS, INC. F/K/A HERTZ EQUIPMENT RENTAL CORPORATION is plaintiff, and ACCU-GREEN, LLC and FLORIDA PALMS, LLLP are defendants, the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County will sell at public sale the following-described real property:
PARCEL 0416080003; WLY 1/2 OF TRACTS 131 & 136, VENICE FARMS, SUBJ TO 1741 SF ESMT TO SARASOTA COUNTY AS DESC IN ORI 2015034170, CONTAINING 3.4 C-AC M/L. Property address: 2805 VENICE AVENUE, VENICE, FLORIDA.
The sale will be held on June 25, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, and is conducted via internet www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, and in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
