NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007805 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and KEITH ZOLNER, et al., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of May, 2018, the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
PART OF LOTS 3, 4, AND 5, BLOCK C, GRANADA SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 57 AND 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 3; thence North 02 degrees 53'53” East on the West line of Lot 3 a distance of 115.10 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 3; thence East on the North line of said Lots 3, 4 and 5 a distance of 126.69 feet; thence South 03 degrees 25'55” West a distance
of 92.62 feet; thence West a distance of 55.04 feet; thence South a distance of 22.50 feet to a point on the South line of said Lots 3, 4 and 5; thence West on the South line of said lots and North right-of-way of Bonita Lane a distance of 71. 93 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with an exclusive easement over and across the following described property for lawn, landscape, and other residential usage:
Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block C, GRANADA SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 57 and 58, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence East on the South line of Lot 3 and Lot 4, and the North right-of-way of Bonita Lane, a distance of 71.93 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 22.5 feet; thence East 55.04 feet; thence South 22.5; thence West 55.04 feet to the Point of Beginning.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
