NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-2330 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 24 day of May, 2018, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 53, ESTATES AT ESTERO RIVER, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 76, Pages 82 through 85, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale. if any. other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
