NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2009 entered in Case No. 2009-CA-053439, Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, N.D. is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL TEW and DEBORAH TEW are the Defendants; I, Linda Doggett, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on May 30, 2018 the following described real property, situated and being in Lee County, Florida to-wit:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 1834, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION UNIT 45,
PART ONE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 135, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
