NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-003768 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and James P. Benincasa, Maureen M. Benincasa, Grandezza Master Property Owners Association, Inc., Sabal Palm at Grandezza Neighborhood Association, Inc., The Club at Grandezza, by and through Grandezza Club 11481 Partners, LLC, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1305, BUILDING 13, SABAL PALM III AT GRANDEZZA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3754, PAGE 1845, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
