NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-001449 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MARINO FAMILY TRUST DATED 23 DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2008; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARINO FAMILY TRUST DATED 23 DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2008; LAURIE H. DOLLOFF are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on June 25, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
