NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-002968 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-4 HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and VICTOR M. DEL CASTILLO; ANA L. ALONSO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FINANCE AMERICA, LLC are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 25, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
