AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-1, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and REUMBERTO VAZQUEZ; LINNETTE MALDONADO-VEGA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE, INC are the Defendant(s).
