NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order entered APR 26 2018 rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001404 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Ellery W. Bandy are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on May 30, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 55, UNIT 5, FORT MYERS SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 66 TO 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
