PARCEL 2: THE NORTH 660.00 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, LESS THE EAST 594.00 FEET AND LESS THE WEST 664.42 FEET OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, AND LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
