RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 14, 2018 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-000198 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL W. LINDSAY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
START AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTH 80 FEET OF LOT 54; THENCE WEST 340 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 80 FEET; THENCE WEST 120 FEET; THENCE NORTH 80 FEET; THENCE EAST 120 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALSO START AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 53, RUN THENCE WEST 340 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 45 FEET; THENCE WEST 120 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 45 FEET; THENCE EAST 120 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN THE REVISED MAP OF FLORIDA GARDENLANDS, AS PER MAP
OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 42 AND 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1997 MOBILE HOME BEARING VINS JACFL17712A/JACFL17712B AFFIXED TO REAL PROPERTY.
