NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 17, 2018 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-007727 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-OA4 is Plaintiff and LUIS R. RAFET, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24TH day of MAY, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 522, BUILDING 13, OF THE HAMPTONS AT BRANDON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16387, PAGE 330, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
