NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-017311 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Certificateholders Cwalt, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-Oa9 Mortgag E Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-Oa9, Plaintiff and Jeanette M. Pierola are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 24, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 11 IN BLOCK 29, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE WEST, BEACH PARK SUBDIVISION #3 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10 ON PAGE 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
