NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 23, 2018 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-007600 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and JAMES W. PICKARD, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18TH day of JUNE, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 18.58 FEET OF LOT 3 AND THE WEST 0.42 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 17, VILLAS OF NORTHDALE, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
