NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-009335, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOSE I. GARDNER; GEORGETTE G. JOHNSON; BILLY M. GARDNER, JR. A/K/A BILLY GARDNER A/K/A BILLY M. GARDNER, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24TH day of MAY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
