NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default, entered April 17, 2018, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described
property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Condominium Unit 4008 B, Building 4, of CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3543, Page 86, and subsequent amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, page 39, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on May 22, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
