NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002148, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-2 is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT S. WHITE, DECEASED; KATHRYN STOFFLET; ROBERT WHITE; THOMAS WHITE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 30 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, OF COLONIAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
