NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 17-CA-10757 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and JAMES JOYNER, PALISADES COLLECTION, LLC ASSIGNEE OF VERIZON WIRELESS, ASSIGNEE OF VERIZON FLORIDA, INC. AND DELORES RAINES are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 30, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 9, EAST BAY FARMS - UNIT NO. 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 29, Page 54, in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
