NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, entered in Case No. 13-CA-001794 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V is the Plaintiff and LAURA MONTERESSI-COUVERTIER; MILTON COUVERTIER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are the Defendants.
