Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2018, in Case No. 2017-CC-014231-O, of the County Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which BEACON PARK PHASE 3 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARILU LLANOS-GOMEZ and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A JESUS HINJOSA are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on July 10, 2018, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 158, of BEACON PARK PHASE 3, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Pages 40 through 44, inclusive, of Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
