NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-004346-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC IMSC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-HOA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HOA1, is Plaintiff and PREMER B. CANTOR A/K/A PREMER BAGAY CANTOR; RUBY REYES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR THE MORTGAGE STORE FINANCIAL, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24TH day of MAY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, IN BLOCK 34, OF NEWPORT UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, AT PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
