Majic Used Auto Parts, Inc. gives notice & intent to sell, for nonpayment of labor, service & storage fees the following vehicle on 5/23/18 at 8:30AM at 3999 118th Ave N., Clearwater, FL 33762. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. Any proceeds recovered from sale over the amount of lien will be deposited w/ Clerk of the Court for disposition upon court order.
