NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 27th day of April, 2018, and entered in Case No : 2016-CA-008805-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2007-AR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3, is the Plaintiff and ANA MARIA BUSTAMANTE; RAUL OMAR GARCIA - BUSTAMANTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANA MARIA BUSTAMANTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAUL OMAR GARCIA-BUSTAMANTE; ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 and TENANT #2, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 29th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
