UNIT NO. B, BUILDING 2789, CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9137, PAGE 983, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
