NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 30, 2018 in Civil Case No. 48-2017-CA-004279-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MICHELLE CARRINGTON, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of June, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING C, GROVE PARK CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8812, PAGE 3243, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
