Notice is hereby given that Central Bank, 20701 Bruce B Downs Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33647, has submitted an application to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Atlanta, Georgia for its approval to establish a branch office at 702 North Orange Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789.
This Notice is published pursuant to Section 18(d) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments, in writing, with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office located at 10 10th Street NW, Suite 800, Atlanta, GA 30309-3849 before processing of the application has been completed. Processing will be completed no earlier than the 15th day following the last required publication. The period may be extended by the Regional Director for good cause. The non confidential portion of the application is on file at the FDIC Atlanta Regional Office and is available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request. A schedule of charges for such copies can be obtained from the Regional Office.
