NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 482016CA005790XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VI is Plaintiff and JESSE MYRICK; JOHNNY WILBURN; ELIJAH WILBURN; CARMENITA MATHIS; JAMESINA WILBURN A/K/A JAMIE WILBURN; JAMES WILBURN; JULIET WRIGHT; YOLANDA WILBURN; CORA GORDON; RENITA BRYCE LOWDENS; TYRONE GORDON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DONNA LEE SIMMERMAN, DECEASED; JAMES R.
