NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2018, and entered in Case No. 48-2017-CA-006426-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-QH2, is the Plaintiff and Terry Moore a/k/a Terry A. Moore, East Orlando Sanctuary Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Veronica Moore, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 5th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 349 OF THE SANCTUARY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 12 THROUGH 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
